Cat Chalets
Our cat chalets are located in their own building away from the kennels to ensure a peaceful environment. The accommodation is fully centrally heated to ensure your cat stays warm and comfortable in all weathers.
Each chalet is designed to give your cat three different indoor levels to explore, along with their own outdoor area, accessed via a cat flap to help reduce draughts. The outdoor area includes toys and a scratching post and is fully roofed to provide protection from the elements.
From here, your cat can watch the dogs exercising in the paddocks at a distance or simply enjoy the fresh air and observe the many birds that visit the feeders dotted around our green spaces.
Both the indoor and outdoor areas have full privacy screens between each chalet, allowing our feline guests to relax without feeling overlooked.
Feeding
We stock jelly pouches with a variety of meat and fish flavours of Whiskas, Felix, and Sheba with tins of Purina Gormet pate to tempt those guests who are a little picky when eating in a new place.
We generally provide Whiskas dry food or Go-Cat dry food for your cat to nibble on throughout the day. If your cat has any special dietary requirements, we ask that you provide their usual food for the duration of their stay.
Bedding
We provide a comfy bed with Vetbed and blankets.
If, however, you would like to bring your own cat bed or favourite blanket, we are happy to use these to help ensure your cat feels as comfortable as possible.
Vaccinations
All cats must be fully vaccinated for their own protection and for the health and welfare of all our other boarders.
Please see our vaccination page for more details.
You will need to bring your cat’s vaccination card with you when you drop them off.
If your cat is not vaccinated, we will be unable to accept them.
Quality Care and Attention
The happiness and welfare of your pet are our priority. All of our staff own pets themselves, and we look after our boarders to the same high standards that we have for our own pets.
Medication
We are happy to administer any medication your cat may require for non-contagious or non-infectious conditions (including tablets, ear drops and eye drops) during their stay. Please be aware that the earliest we can administer medication is 7:30am and the latest is 7:30pm.
Please ensure that clear instructions are provided with any medication.
Please provide enough medication for your cat’s stay, plus a little extra in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as delays to your return.
We cannot accept diabetic cats.
All medication should be supplied in its original packaging.
